In order to ensure that your septic tank and drain field operate properly, you must pump out the septic tank and have your system inspected parodically.  Solids can build up over time, therefore we recommend pumping your tank every 3-5 years, depending on the system and size of your family. This is only an estimated recommendation, every system and family is different. Staying up to date on septic pumping provides peace of mind and can prevent inconvenient sewage backups and/or damage to your drain field.
